  • Return Policy

    Thank you for shopping at Doodlzz! We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our return policy carefully.  

    Eligibility for Returns:

    We accept returns for the following reasons:

    Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.
    Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately.


    Conditions for Returns:

    To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    I) Timeframe: You must initiate your return request within 1-4 business days of receiving your parcel.
    II) Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.
    III) Unused Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    IV) Video Proof of Unboxing: Crucially, you must provide a detailed video of yourself opening the product package. This video must clearly show the condition of the product upon opening and must be taken within 1-4 business days of receiving the parcel. This video is mandatory for all return requests.


    Return Process:

    I) Contact Us: Within 4-5 business days of receiving your parcel, contact us via email at hello@shop-doodlzz.com and WhatsApp at +919226565367. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and attach the unboxing video.
    II) Review: Our customer service team will review your request and the unboxing video.
    III) Approval: If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
    IV) Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product or an incorrect product sent by us. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.  V)Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or replacement as per your request. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.  


  • Important Notes:

    I) Returns will not be accepted without the required unboxing video.
    II) We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition or if the return policy is not followed.
    IV) Please allow 4-5 business days for us to process your return request.
